We take the security of your data seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.
We retain candidate data for as long as necessary to fulfil the recruitment purposes outlined in these T&C or as required by applicable law. If a Candidate or Vendor requests deletion of their data, we will promptly remove it from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
The Services are available under subscription plans for various packages on Monthly and Annual basis. Payments for subscription plans can be made via the payment gateway. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you downgrade your paid subscription plan or inform us that you do not wish to renew the subscription. If you do not wish to renew the subscription, you must inform us at least seven days prior to the renewal date. If you have not downgrade the subscription and if you have not informed us that you do not wish to renew the subscription, you will be presumed to have authorized Prime Hire to charge the subscription fee.
From time to time, we may change the price of any Service or charge for use of Services that are currently available on primehire.ai. Any increase in charges will not apply until the expiry of your then current billing cycle. In the event any tax such as GST, VAT, sales tax or the like is chargeable by Prime Hire in accordance with any local, state, provincial or foreign laws with respect to your subscription to our Services, Prime Hire will invoice you for such Taxes. You agree to pay Prime Hire such Taxes in addition to the subscription fees. Prime Hire shall provide you with an invoice in the format prescribed by the applicable local, state, provincial or foreign laws to help you avail the applicable input tax credit for the Taxes so paid.
When you sign up for an account for your organization you may specify the administrators, recruiters The administrators will have the right to configure the Services, roles & responsibilities based on your requirements and manage end users in your organization account. If your organization account is created and configured on your behalf by Prime Hire, it is assumed Prime Hire acts as the administrator role for your organization.
You are responsible for (i) ensuring confidentiality of your organization account password, (ii) appointing competent individuals as administrators and recruiters for managing your organization account, and (iii) ensuring that all activities that occur in connection with your organization account comply with this Agreement. You understand that Prime Hire is not responsible for any User, data issues or issues within your internal team.
You are responsible for taking necessary steps for ensuring that your organization does not lose control of the administrator accounts. In such case, you may send an email to support@primehire.ai. In the absence of any specified administrator account recovery process, Prime Hire may provide control of an administrator account, demonstrating authorization to act on behalf of the organization. You agree not to hold Prime Hire liable for the consequences of any action taken by Prime Hire in good faith in this regard.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Primehire.ai harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the improper collection, processing, or handling of data by the vendor. 15.1 Vendor’s Sole Responsibility for Collected Data
Primehire.ai provides a platform to facilitate recruitment activities, including resume management, job matching, and interview scheduling. Vendors using the platform are solely responsible for ensuring that all data they collect, upload, and process while using the platform complies with applicable data protection laws and ethical standards.

15.2 Primehire.ai’s Limited Role and Liability
Primehire.ai serves only as a data processor, providing tools and technologies to support vendors in their recruitment and staffing activities. Primehire.ai does not control or have access to the data uploaded by vendors, except for purposes explicitly permitted under the platform’s Terms of Use.

- Candidates: When you submit your resume or apply for a job through our platform or email or from Vendors or Job sites, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, home address, educational background, work experience, work authorisation and any other information included in your resume.
- Vendors/ Recruiters: When you register as a client, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and any other relevant business information.
- Payment details: When Client/ Vendor purchase a subscription plan from us, we ask them to provide their Company name, contact information, and Debit/Credit card information or other payment account information. When you submit your card information, we store the name and address of the cardholder, the expiry date and the last four digits of the bank card number. We do not store the actual bank card number. For quick processing of future payments, if you have given us your approval, we may store your bank card information or other payment information in an encrypted format in the secured servers of our Payment gateway service provider.
2.2 Technical Information
- Log Data: Our servers automatically record information ("log data") created by your use of the services. Log data may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device, and application IDs, search terms, and cookie information.
